A veteran in materials and construction machinery engineering, Mr. K. Ravi Kumar heads the operations at Tugkraft. After a brief stint with public sector BEML,he set up the Indital Construction Machinery Limited in 1989, one of the pioneers in the manufacture of Container Handling Equipment, Heavy Forklift Trucks and Mobile Cranes in India.<\/div>

In 2007, Indital was acquired by the Helsinki-based Cargotec, a company with more than 40 years\u2019 experience in the manufacture of material handling equipment. With innovation and creativity as his strengths, he launched more than a dozen India-first equipment during the last three decades, which fetched him the coveted Best Entrepreneur Award from our late President Dr.\u00a0 A.P.J. A Mechanical Engineer with a Master\u2019s degree in Science from the Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Germany, Mr. Gautam started his career as Coordinator (Regulatory Affairs) at Erocor Gmbh, an International Life Sciences Technology Corporation in Germany.<\/div>
He relocated to India and joined Loadstar in 2017 when the company started its production in the country. With his dedication, hard work and zeal, he became an expert in the core aspects of design and production of Loadstar brand Material and Container Handling Equipment and was appointed Director (Projects) in October 2018. Vidya Ravi Kumar, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from PESIT, Bangalore, and an MBA in Marketing from UCLA, Los Angeles, co-founded Tugkraft alongside her father, Ravi Kumar.<\/div>
At Tugkraft, Vidya spearheaded the creation of the innovative Push Back Tractor model TT-110, engineered with components from industry leaders like ZF and Ashok Leyland. Designed to excel in India's challenging conditions, the TT-110 is renowned for its user-friendly design, low maintenance, and operational efficiency.<\/div>
Vidya also led the design and development of Tugkraft's groundbreaking 4x4 model, the TTX-120, in collaboration with LIFTEC, an established Design firm based in Italy. This endeavour showcased her commitment to innovation and excellence in the GSE sector.<\/div>
In late 2017, Vidya relocated to the United States, where she diversified her expertise across various industries, specialising in Supply Chain and Project Management. While her focus shifted geographically, her strategic influence and leadership at Tugkraft remained steadfast. As a key shareholder and board member, Vidya continues to shape the company's trajectory and uphold its legacy of excellence.<\/div>
Beyond her corporate endeavours, Vidya channels her creativity into the realm of art, nurturing her passion during leisure moments.
